Housing Hartlepool provides two types of housing for people with complex needs.

Learning disability

We have a number of units in Newholm Court sheltered housing scheme that are designed for people with learning disabilities.

Purpose Built and adapted properties for people with a disability

We have a range of accommodation throughout the town that has been purpose built or adapted for people with a disability.
