Introduction
Housing Hartlepool continues to place great emphasis on providing a caring and efficient service to adapt the homes of disabled people within Hartlepool to meet their needs, maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
The aim of the Independent Living Team is to provide adaptations and to support residents through the process to the final provision of the adapation.
