Customer Service Charter

Service Standards are important to Housing Hartlepool to enable performance to be measured against them to help us continually improve and shape our services.

 

In April 2010 we revised our Customer Service Charter which outlines the standards of service that customers can expect from every department.

 

We will publish our performance against these standards on the website and in our newsletters to tenants.
