As part of our commitment to be open, transparent and fair in advertising, evaluating, awarding and entering into contracts for the provision of services, goods and works, Housing Hartlepool has chosen an e-Tendering Solution called In-Tend
, which we consider will not only provide good value to us but also to you as one of our potential suppliers.
In-Tend is a fully web-based e-tendering system and is used to advertise requirements for services, goods and works being sought by Housing Hartlepool. It will allow suppliers to express an interest in contract opportunities that are posted to the system by us. The system helps in the secure transfer of documents between Housing Hartlepool and suppliers through each stage of the tender process, from evaluation of pre-qualification questionnaires, through to short-listing of suppliers to invite to tender, to the evaluation of tender returns and finally award of contract. The system is also used for smaller value, less complex quotation exercises.
