Homecall
Homecall is Housing Hartlepool's 24 hour monitoring service which aims to assist older, disabled and vulnerable people to live independently at home safe in the knowledge that help is only seconds away.Our Homecall monitoring centre is manned round the clock by friendly, well trained staff who will respond to emergency calls quickly and efficiently. By pulling the cord or pressing the button on the pendant they can contact your family, GP or emergency services.
The service is available to Housing Hartlepool tenants, tenants of other housing associations and people who either own their own homes or rent from a private landlords.
Our equipment can be installed easily in your home. There is a small charge which may be eliglible for Supporting People funding, you can have peace of mind knowing that there is somebody to help in an emergency.
