Improving Homes
When Housing Hartlepool took over the ownership and management of the former Hartlepool Borough Council housing stock in March 2004 we pledged to improve every home more than the Government's Decent Homes Standard by 2010.
The work will be carried out in partnership with Wates Construction and Gus Robinson Developments along with our own Building Services Team. H & B, the contractors on the Burbank estate.
