If you have a suggestion to make about our services you can complete the feedback form on line or complete a Your opinion is valued card in any Housing Hartlepool office reception or communal area in our sheltered housing schemes.
All suggestions will be passed to the Head of Service and where possible will be implemented. We will publish details of where this happens in our newsletters to tenants.
