Tackling Anti Social Behaviour

Housing Hartlepool signed up to the Respect Standard on Friday 30th March 2007.

The standard is aimed at social landlords (local authority landlords and housing associations). A landlord who signs is making a public commitment to deliver good services to help stop anti-social behaviour and create a culture of respect. It is based on things that landlords and partners have done over the past few years which have had positive results.

It is Housing Hartlepool's aim to promote a safe and secure environment for people to live in. We want to do everything we can to prevent anti-social behaviour before it starts.

We will do this by enforcing tenancy conditions and using preventative methods where appropriate. Where necessary we will deal effectively with non-tenants who directly or indirectly affect our estate management function.

To report any Anti Social Behaviour online, please contact us at
