That is why we are very excited to be the preferred partner for Tristar Homes in Stockton .
Having focussed the last 6 years on improving our homes and services, the next step for us is to ensure greater levels of efficiency and retaining those vital benefits of a strong financially viable local landlord in Hartlepool . That is why we are very excited to be the preferred partner for Tristar Homes in Stockton .
Stockton Borough Council is preparing to consult their tenants about a proposal to transfer their homes to Tristar Homes, which is currently an arms length management organisation set up in 2002 to manage the Council properties. If tenants vote in favour of the transfer then Tristar Homes will become partners with Housing Hartlepool within a new Group arrangement.
Housing Hartlepool will remain independent and focussed on Hartlepool but the partnership will give a greater financial capacity through economies of scale and efficiencies of back office delivery.
We will be keeping the Tenants Consultation Panel and Neighbourhood Forums informed as discussions progress.
