A new partnership on the horizon
Stockton Borough Council have successfully consulted with their tenants about a proposal to transfer their homes to Tristar Homes, which is currently an arms length management organisation set up in 2002 to manage the Council properties. Now that tenants have voted in favour of the transfer Tristar Homes will become partners with Housing Hartlepool within a new Group arrangement in December this year.
